Are there Showcase guidelines ?
This self-guided Event is FREE - No tickets or passes to buy.
The Rancho Neighborhood has plenty of free street parking and is very walkable and bikeable.
The Rancho homes are bounded by Spring Street, Studebaker, and Stevely. You can pick up a day-of Map and Exhibit listing guide at 7118 E Metz Street. We will also post it online after May 10.
You must be a Rancho resident to participate in the Showcases.
Your Showcase should be original creative endeavors you are engaged in such as:
Art, Photography, Ceramics, Painting, Car Projects (restorations, builds, etc.), Writing/Books, Crafts, Music/Bands, Architecture, Creative Services, Metal Arts, Design, Fabrics, Fashion, Exhibit Arts, Cooking & Baking, Entertainment.
Your showcase should be confined to your property unless you have permission or are working together with neighbors. Please be respectful not to block or impede other neighbors driveways or walkways.
Can anyone attend the Crawl?
Yes All ages are welcome to visit the Showcases and Crawl the neighborhood. You don’t need to register or sign up to visit the Showcases Listed on the map. Kids should be accompanied by adults. Please be respectful to everyone’s property.
Please watch out for others (and pets) on the sidewalks and open streets.
Do I need to let people in my house?
Not if you don’t want to. You can display your Showcase in your driveway, front yard or team up with a neighbor and share a space
Can I sell my stuff?
Sure, sell your original art, crafts, music or whatever you do. This is meant to be about creativity.
Will the streets be closed off?
No. So please be mindful of that as you leisurely make your way to each participating household in the Ranchos.
Will there be Food?
Yes. Meet us at the taco truck on Mezzanine near Karen Ave. at 3 pm. for a bite.
Will there be Music?
Yes! Brown the Couscous will be playing on Kallin from Noon-3pm.
sparkle*jets uk will be playing on Volk from Noon-3pm.
